Ingredients
- 1.5 oz coconut rum or tequila
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 4 oz lime sparkling water
- 1 tbsp Swerve Granular, plus extra to coat rim of glass
- Zest of a lime
- Handful mint leaves
Instructions
- Combine Swerve and lime zest in a shallow dish. Wet rim of glass and then dip in Swerve mixture.
- Muddle mint leaves at the bottom of a glass and add ice.
- Combine Swerve, rum, and coconut cream in a shaker with ice. Pour into glass, top with lime sparkling water and enjoy!
