Hurricane Cocktail

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 2-3 chunks of pineapple
  • ½ lime squeeze
  • 2 tsp Swerve Confectioners
  • Ice
  • Orange juice
  • Lime sparkling water


  1. Add rum, pineapple, and a squeeze of half a lime to a shaker. Muddle to break down pineapple and add citrus flavor.
  2. Add Swerve Confectioners and ice, and shake vigorously for one minute.
  3. Pour into hurricane glass filled with ice, add a splash of orange juice, top with lime sparkling water, and enjoy!
