  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ounce lime juice (2 Tbsp)
  • 1 to 1½ teaspoon Swerve granular
  • 1½ ounces light rum
  • ½ cup ice cubes or crushed ice
  • ½ to 1 cup berry or lime-flavored seltzer/sparkling water.


  1. Muddle the raspberries, mint, lime juice, and Swerve in the bottom of the glass.
  2. Add rum and ice and stir.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
