Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce lime juice (2 Tbsp)
- 1 to 1½ teaspoon Swerve granular
- 1½ ounces light rum
- ½ cup ice cubes or crushed ice
- ½ to 1 cup berry or lime-flavored seltzer/sparkling water.
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries, mint, lime juice, and Swerve in the bottom of the glass.
- Add rum and ice and stir.
- Top with sparkling water.
