Not So Baked CBD Brownie Bites

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup almond butter 
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners 
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder 
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides or unflavored whey protein powder 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/8 tsp salt 
  • 16 full droppers CBD Oil 
  • Water as necessary
Instructions
  1. Place the cashew butter, almond butter, Swerve, cocoa powder, collagen, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor. Process on high until the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Add CBD oil and water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it doughs. It should feel like stiff cookie dough.
  3. Roll into 16 1-in balls.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes to harden.

Makes about 16

Note: You can use 1 cup cashew butter if you don’t have almond butter.
