Pumpkin Butter Waffles



  1. Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron (350 F)
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk and sacha inchi butter in large bowl. Add waffle mix and stir until well combined. Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  3. Pour batter into waffle iron.
  4. Bake until golden brown.
