Pumpkin Butter Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 box Swerve Sweets Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 3 tbsp pumpkin
- 3 tbsp Brass Roots Sacha Inchi Seed Butter (Unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp milk (your choice)
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron (350 F)
- Whisk together eggs, milk and sacha inchi butter in large bowl. Add waffle mix and stir until well combined. Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken.
- Pour batter into waffle iron.
- Bake until golden brown.
