- 1 lb. strawberries, hulled & quartered
- 4 tbs Swerve Confectioners
- 4 tbs Grand Marnier orange liqueur
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup Swerve Confectioners
- ¼ cup sour cream
In a bowl, combine cut strawberries, 4 TBS of Swerve Confectioners, Grand Marnier, and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
While your berries marinate, grab a large bowl. Combine heavy whipping cream, remaining Swerve Confectioners and beat with a hand mixer on high until stiff peaks form. Using a spatula, fold in sour cream.
Stir strawberries and divide among 4 small bowls or jars. Spoon a little of the liqueur syrup over the berries and then dollop cream mixture on top.
Enjoy within 2 hours or store in the refrigerator.
