Tiramisu Frosting

  • 16 ounces mascarpone, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  1. In a large bowl, beat mascarpone and cream cheese together until smooth. Beat in sweetener and vanilla extract. In a medium bowl, beat whipping cream until it holds stiff peaks.
  2. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until well combined.

Makes about 16 servings.

    I have made conventional Tiramisu many times as a dessert and as a frosting, but I cannot understand why Swerve added Cream Cheese to the frosting. It totally changes the flavor, which makes it a bit too bold n flavor since Marscapone is not as strong. Plan to make conventional Tiramisu frosting with Swerve.
