  • 1 13.5 fl oz can of Organic Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Confectioners Swerve
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until well combined, about 30 seconds.
  2. Chill for at least 1 hour.
