DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients and mix until combined, stopping to scrape down the sides while mixing.
Step 3
Place dough in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from refrigerator, and scoop with tablespoon onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Sprinkle each cookie with Swerve granular.
Step 5
Cook for 12-15 minutes - they should still look a little wet in the middle when you take them out.
Step 2
Let cool on the cookie sheet.
