DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 10-in round baking pan or 8-in square pan. Toss apples with ½ tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp Swerve. Add to buttered pan.
Step 2
Add to a food processor ½ tsp cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, ½ cup Swerve, butter, oats, and nuts. Pulse a few times, just until the ingredients are combined. (do not puree!) You can also mix the ingredients by hand with a fork or pastry cutter.
Step 3
Spread topping over apples. Bake about 40 minutes, until topping is browned and apples are tender. Let sit for about 30 minutes until serving.
Makes 8-10 servings.
