BASQUE CHEESECAKE

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 410F.

Step 2
Beat Swerve and room temperature cream cheese together with a hand mixer until creamy, approximately 3 minutes.

Step 3
Mix in eggs, one at a time (very important).

Step 4
Mix in cream & vanilla all the way.

Step 5
Mix in flour and salt.

Step 6
Spray springform pan with non-stick cooking spray, and then add two sheets of non-stick paper to the pan, criss-crossed to cover the whole pan. Make sure it comes up the edges so when the cheesecake rises it won’t spill over.

Step 7
Bake for 55 minutes.

Step 8
Let cool completely before releasing from pan.
