DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Place the hazelnuts, Swerve Confectioners, cocoa powder, collagen, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor. Process on high until the hazelnuts are well ground.
Step 2
Add the oil or melted butter and grind again until it begins to clump together. If it’s not clumping, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it doughs. It should feel like stiff cookie dough.
Step 3
Refrigerate 30 minutes and then roll into 1 ½ inch balls.
