CLASSIC MEATLOAF

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Step 2

For the meatloaf, mix together the ground meat, almond flour, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to combine and break up any clumps. Add the egg and use your hands to mix well.

Step 3

Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and form into a loaf about 5x9 inches. Bake 40 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile whisk together all of the glaze ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. Brush all over the meatloaf and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Step 5

Let the meatloaf rest 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
