DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the almond butter and coconut oil. Melt on high in 30 second increments until they can be stirred together.
Step 2
Stir in the vanilla extract and salt, then stir in the Swerve and the collagen until well combined and smooth. Work in the almond flour, a few tablespoons at a time, until the mixture is a thick dough.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into 1 ½ inch balls and place on a waxed paper lined tray.
Step 4
If desired, roll in shredded coconut or add some sugar-free chocolate chips.
Step 5
Keep refrigerated.
