DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Place a glass or ceramic 9-inch pie plate on a large cookie sheet.
Step 2
For the filling, combine cherries, Swerve, lemon juice and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Toss to coat and spread in pie dish.
Step 3
For the topping, combine flour, oats, Swerve and salt in a medium bowl. Add melted butter and water and toss lightly until mixture forms into coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over filling.
Step 4
Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until filling bubbles and topping is golden brown. If the topping is browning too quickly, tent with foil for the last 15 minutes.
Makes about 10 servings.
