DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, hibiscus flowers, and Swerve Confectioners. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to release as much moisture as possible.
Step 2
For the mimosas, add 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tbsp hibiscus syrup to each of 4 champagne glasses. Top up with champagne.
