MANGO FREEZE

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

Make simple syrup. Add Swerve and water to a medium pot over high heat. Whisk until Swerve is dissolved.

Step 2

Add simple syrup, mango, lime juice, and vodka to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth. Once smooth, strain through a fine mesh sieve, using a spatula or whisk to help push the pulp through.

Step 3

Freeze in ice cream maker for about 30 minutes, or until thick and creamy.

Step 4

Scoop and enjoy immediately.


Makes about 4 servings, or 2 cups
