DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 325F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Whisk together the almond flour, Swerve, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg, cream, and vanilla extract and stir until the dough comes together. Stir in the chopped peaches.
Step 3
Turn the dough out onto the prepared baking sheet and pat into a rough circle, 7 to 8 inches in diameter. Use a sharp knife to cut into 8 even wedges. Separate carefully and space out on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove and let cool on the pan.
Makes 8 scones.
