DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Spray a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker with coconut oil or avocado oil spray.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and turn on low for 3 hours. Stir every ½ hour or so to coat the pecans.
Step 3
Spread a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cooked pecans into a single layer to cool. Break apart once cool and serve.
