TWO BITE BROWNIES

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325F and grease a mini muffin pan very well.

Step 2
In a large saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together over low heat and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 3
Whisk in the eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract until well combined. Your mixture may seize up, this is normal. Whisk in the water until mixture smooths out.

Step 4
Whisk in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Divide the batter among prepared muffin cups and bake 8 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are domed slightly. Cook on the lower end of the time range for fudgier brownies.


Makes 24 (2 per serving).
