GRINCH FUDGE

DIRECTIONS:

SWERVE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan

Step 2

Bring to an easy simmer (gentle bubbles arising to the surface) over medium to medium low heat. Don’t allow it to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. You can cook longer for a thicker consistency.

Step 3

Remove from heat and allow to cool. This can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

GRINCH FUDGE

Step 1

Prepare a 9”x5” loaf pan by lining it with parchment or wax paper.

Step 2

Combine Swerve sweetened condensed milk and sugar free white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.

Step 3

Microwave in 15 to 30 second increments until the chips are melted. Stir together.

Step 4

Add 2 drops of green food coloring and 1 drop of yellow food coloring and stir together until a nice grinchy color is achieved. Transfer immediately to the prepared loaf pan and allow to cool.

Step 5

Top with green sprinkles or drizzle with more melted white chocolate that has been colored green. Add red hearts by coloring melted white chocolate with red food coloring and piping them onto the fudge.
