Very Peanut Buttery Icing

  • 1/3 cup butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup no sugar added peanut butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Swerve Confectioners
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract


  1. With an electric mixer or hand mixer, beat butter and peanut butter until creamy.
  2. Sift Swerve Confectioners to remove any lumps. Add Swerve Confectioners, vanilla and salt, and beat until smooth.

Makes about 12 servings.
