The Ochsner Eat Fit, NOCHI, and Swerve teams are joining together to provide an immersive educational experience to equip chefs with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to create better-for-you breads and sweets with alternative ingredients.
The hands-on, socially distanced workshops will include classes on breads and quickbreads, baked goods, and frozen desserts. Each workshop will be led by a NOCHI instructor, expert baker/chef, and a registered dietitian. We will end the day with a cocktail demonstration—and tasting, of course!
Each chef will receive a swag bag with Swerve, a t-shirt, cooking utensils, a certificate of completion, and more. There will also be a grand prize raffle to win a 22 lb bag of Swerve, a spot on a WGNO segment with Molly Kimball, RD, cookbooks, and a few more surprises!
