Linda
I have a great recipe for pound cake and want to know if I can use Swerve instead of sugar cup for cup as a replacement. I have previously been using Stevia for some recipes but it is not suitable for baking. From what I have read, Swerve seems to provide the same results in baking as sugar. Is this truly the case? Also, what is the difference between Swerve Granular and Swerve Confectioners? Is it synonymous with sugar and powdered sugar? I plan to try my pound cake recipe soon and look forward to your prompt response. I'm also excited about Brown Swerve and would like to know if it is now in grocery stores? Thanks so much, and have a great, SWEET day!! Linda
Swerve
Hi Linda! Most of the time yes, Swerve acts just like sugar. But pound cake can be trickier. We recommend using the recipe on our website for a Butter Pound Cake. Confectioners is just a finer grind than granular - better for icings and frostings! Brown Swerve is found in some stores including Central Market, HEB, Sprouts, and more coming soon!

I want to make red pepper jelly. The recipe calls for 5 cups of sugar, so you think that much swerve is nec? Thx
Swerve
Hi Shae, that sounds like a lot! Maybe start with half that amount of Swerve, and add 1 tsp gelatin plus 1 TBSP lemon juice.
Vince
I would like to try your products and was wondering if you give out printable coupons Thanks, Vince
Swerve

Is is as safe for diabetics as Stevia is and not full of all the bad stuff as in Equal and some of the others?
Swerve
Hi Patti, Thank you for your comment. Swerve is zero-calorie, non-glycemic & safe for those who are living with diabetes, since it has no effect on blood glucose or insulin levels.

I haven't been able to find the cake mix or pancake mix yet. All available near me is the granulated and Powered swerve. I could order it if I knew where it is sold. Thank you
Swerve
HI Ann, Our new products are sold on Amazon. If you go to our products page and click on the item you are interested in it will take you directly to the Amazon page. I saw a bag of Swerve at my local supermarket and decided to buy it. I always been unable to use sugar substitutes as they leave a bitter and bad taste in my mouth, plus they upset my stomach. I’ve used it for a couple of days and so far so good. Is much better than any other sugar substitutes I taken before. When I find the brown one I will buy it.

Swerve
Hi Nancy! That banana pudding recipe should work just fine! We have a similar one on our website: https://swervesweet.com/recipes/banana-pudding. If you email sweetie@swervesweet.com we'd be happy to send you some samples!
Dorothy
I bought swerve but is it normal to use 4 pots to sweeten a glass of tea ? I'm so use to using 1 pkt of truvia I feel like 4 is not good of swerve but that's how many I need to sweeten my tea & sometimes 5
Swerve
Hi Dorothy, Swerve has the same amount of sweetness as sugar, and is twice as sweet as Truvia. So it is normal the use a bit more than what you were using before!
Gryta
Hi, How can I get your products in Europe?
Swerve
Hi Gryta, you can find them on vistcost.com or iherb.com!
