Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioners
- 4 eggs
- 24 oz cream cheese (3 blocks)
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 410F.
- Beat Swerve and room temperature cream cheese together with a hand mixer until creamy, approximately 3 minutes.
- Mix in eggs, one at a time (very important).
- Mix in cream & vanilla all the way.
- Mix in flour and salt.
- Spray springform pan with non-stick cooking spray, and then add two sheets of non-stick paper to the pan, criss-crossed to cover the whole pan. Make sure it comes up the edges so when the cheesecake rises it won’t spill over.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- Let cool completely before releasing from pan.
