Brown Swerve and Mustard Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 lb) boneless skinless smoked cured ham
  • Whole cloves for studding ham
  • 1 cup of firmly packed Brown Swerve
  • ¼ cup prepared mustard
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Bring ham out of fridge and let come to room temperature. Should sit out for a couple of hours
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Score ham into diamonds and center of each diamond with a clove
  4. Place ham on a rack in roasting pan and cook for 1 ½ hours
  5. In a bowl combine glaze ingredients. After 1 ½ hours bring ham out of oven, and brush glaze evenly over ham
  6. Bake for another 25 minutes
  7. Transfer ham to a platter and stand 15 minutes before slicing/carving

Easier & Faster Way

  1. Buy a pre-cooked and sliced ham
  2. Let come to room temperature.
  3. Stick cloves (like sewing pins) throughout slices of ham
  4. Place in roasting pan
  5. Heat in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  6. Combine glaze evenly over ham, and cook for another 25 minutes
  7. Transfer ham to a platter and stand 15 minutes before serving
