  • 3/4 C Brown Swerve
  • 1 C very hot water (not boiling)
  • 1/2 C ground coffee
  • 2 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 2 C light rum (or vodka)


  1. To a glass container, add Brown Swerve, hot water, coffee grounds, vanilla, and rum.
  2. Shake to combine. Store at room temperature, and let sit for at least 24 hours.
  3. Strain out coffee grinds, and transfer to a new glass container, and enjoy!
