- 3/4 C Brown Swerve
- 1 C very hot water (not boiling)
- 1/2 C ground coffee
- 2 TBSP vanilla extract
- 2 C light rum (or vodka)
- To a glass container, add Brown Swerve, hot water, coffee grounds, vanilla, and rum.
- Shake to combine. Store at room temperature, and let sit for at least 24 hours.
- Strain out coffee grinds, and transfer to a new glass container, and enjoy!
