Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp Swerve Brown
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch ground cloves
- 3 ounces dark rum
- 1 ½ cups boiling water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, Swerve, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix together well with a rubber spatula.
- Whisk in the rum (the mixture will be clumpy), then whisk in the boiling water. Divide between two mugs and serve.
