Slow Cooker Candied Pecans

  • 3 cups raw pecan halves
  • ⅓ cup Swerve Brown
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Spray a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker with coconut oil or avocado oil spray.
  2. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and turn on low for 3 hours. Stir every ½ hour or so to coat the pecans.
  3. Spread a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cooked pecans into a single layer to cool. Break apart once cool and serve.
