Candied Pecans 2 1

Ingredients
- 3 cups raw pecan halves
- ⅓ cup Swerve Brown
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Spray a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker with coconut oil or avocado oil spray.
- Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and turn on low for 3 hours. Stir every ½ hour or so to coat the pecans.
- Spread a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cooked pecans into a single layer to cool. Break apart once cool and serve.
