Sugar Free Chai Tea Mix
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until powdery and well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
- To make a cup of chai tea:
- Place 3 tbsp of the mix in mug and add 8 ounces hot milk, almond milk, or coconut milk (or other dairy-free alternatives).
Recipe Notes: Different instant tea powders come in different strengths so you will need to adjust the amount accordingly. The organic tea powder I used was very strong and concentrated (½ teaspoon per serving), so I used only ¼ cup. Others are less so (1 ¼ teaspoons per serving) and you would want ½ cup or more.
