Sugar-Free Frozen Palomas

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup grapefruit seltzer
  • ¼ cup ruby red grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ¼ cup tequila
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Kosher salt for the rim
  • Grapefruit and lime slices for garnish


Place all of the ingredients except for the salt and the fruit slices in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Run a lime wedge around the outside of two glasses and dip the rims into kosher salt. Divide the mixture between the two glasses and garnish with the fruit slices.
