Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sake (rice wine)
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 2 tablespoon Swerve Granular
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated. Refrigerate until use. Great as a marinade, stir fry or sauce for all sorts of meats, poultry and vegetable dishes.
