Two Bite Brownies
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 3 large eggs
- 6 tbsp Swerve, Granular
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and grease a mini muffin pan very well.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together over low heat and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in the eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract until well combined. Your mixture may seize up, this is normal. Whisk in the water until mixture smooths out.
- Whisk in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Divide the batter among prepared muffin cups and bake 8 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are domed slightly. Cook on the lower end of the time range for fudgier brownies.
Makes 24 (2 per serving).
