Vanilla Buttercream Frosting (Cupcakes)
- 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
- 1-2 TBS of whipping cream or milk
- 2½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Confectioner's Swerve
- In an electric mixer or with a hand mixer combine all frosting ingredients. Beat until well combined.
Makes about 12 servings.
