Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
  • 2 cups butter (4 sticks), at room temperature
  • 4-6 TBS of almond milk or milk of choice (add more milk to reach desired consistency) 
  • 1 TBS + 2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups Swerve, Confectioners
Instructions
  1. In an electric mixer or with a hand mixer combine all frosting ingredients. Start with 1 1/2 cups of Swerve, and increase to taste.  Beat until well combined.

Makes 16 servings.
